Hi All,

Just ordered the box and was wondering what info i needed to get the box up and running.

I Have a skybox f5 so am upto speed with the nline/usb upgrade but not sure what else is needed.

What is the best firmware to use that has EMU?

Am in the liverpool area so is the correct net id - 41016 [Liverpool TDN]

Is there any other downloads that i need so am ready to to install and go?

HOW TO SEND THE FIRMWARE

1st Come format a usb stick in fat 32 and come get their file ABS
Just the same file, nothing more, nor RAR or folders or anything, just the same file
Phew! The guy is boring,,,,, ok! I know it's only the file,,,,
2 Let us now put the usb stick containing the firmware file in the box
And we will follow these steps,,,,,,,,,,,,,

SEND FIRMWARE

1 MENU
2nd SYSTEM
3 UPGRADE BY USB,,,
4th UPDATE FILE (here we only see if in fact the file we want to send is being recognized by the box)
ok well the box is recognizing the file,,,,,,
5 Let the update mode and will choose allcode BOTTLOADER +,,,,,
here there is no doubt we will then initiate the shipping firmware,,,,,
6 we click START or START comforme is described in your box,
but I think it is STARTED,,,
7 The box will start loading the firmware in which we will see in a chart the evolution
sending when reach the end they do not move at all because the box will reboot and goes back to its normal state,

VERY CAREFULLY! DURING SHIPPING SO DO NOT touch their COMMAND
HOW NOT take A PEN OR disconnect the USB BOX CHAIN

Otherwise go to the forum and look for the list compatible with the model of our box
Or, as I mentioned earlier to request help for the list of channels,

SEND CHANNEL LIST

Friends is now very simple,,,,, as we know now we will send the firmware do exactly
all steps such as sending firmware only now in MODE UPDATE
we choose as there was no longer to be (CHANNEL LIST) obvious!!
And the box will have exactly the same symptoms you had in sending the firmware
Will load and restart,,,,, if all goes well there already live channel list!!
Ok my friends, we have prepared the ground for the garden now lack the most important

HOW TO PUT THE ROW ***

1 MENU,,,,, / 2 INTERNET,,, / 3 CLIENT CS,,,,, Now this menu here is where we get their,,,,,, now come on!!

Yes the Emu firmware is the one to use with lines.

Do I need anything else like the NET ID, or its it just a case of updating the firmware and doing a full "blind" search and the channels will populate.

Do the channels go in any order? how do you update the channel list if anything changes?

You need Net ID, frequency, symbol rate and qam values with nit scan turned on.

Were you at fella roughly ? I have a backup FTA image with all the bouqs in place. Might be handy as its a long haul sorting them out on an Amiko t2/c

You need Net ID, frequency, symbol rate and qam values with nit scan turned on.

In the bootle area of liverpool mate. looking at putting a nline/emu on the box so not sure if FTA will work.
