Ingredients
Milk, a litre.
Sugar, 200 grams.
Amaretti Biscuits, 100 grams.
Egg yolks, No 6.
The smell of vanilla sugar
Method
Finely pounded in a mortar amaretti biscuits and after joining put them in a saucepan the sugar, the eggs, stir and pour in the milk a little at a time.
Put the saucepan on the fire to condense the mixture as you would the cream, then pour it into ice cream maker for making it cold.
You will have a delicious ice cream that can be enough for eight people.
The half-dose can serve four up to five people
