The Nasi Goreng is a typical preparation from Asia, is a rich dish made ​​of rice enriched by the tender meat of the chicken and shrimp.
As in many other preparations, even the Nasi Goreng enriching it can be cooked with vegetables or other types of meat tastier such as the strips of beef.

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
1 large onion
Curry powder 1 teaspoon
Shrimp 250 gr
5 tablespoons peanut oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
Pepper 1 seeded
Chicken breast 250 gr
Tomatoes passed 150 ml
Basmati rice 250 gr
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
2 medium eggs

Method

Boil plenty of water and put the rice, cook for 10 minutes, drain and cool under cold running water. Keep aside.
Put onion and garlic in a food processor and finely chopped, cut the tips of chili, remove the seeds inside and then cut into thin slices also crushed garlic .
Heat in a wok the oil and add the chopped peanuts along with the chili , fry a few minutes on high heat, and in the meantime, cut the chicken into strips from which you get few dices.
Add the chicken in the wok and brown well, after a couple of minutes add the shrimp also.
Continue cooking for another two or three minutes on high heat and after a couple of minutes and add spices and immediately after the tomato, stir with a wooden spoon and bring to a half-cooked, add the soy sauce.
Casting the rice in a wok and add it to the rest of the preparation, skip at least two or three minutes so that it becomes crispy.
Prepare the omelette: you heat in a frying pan a tablespoon of olive oil and lightly beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pour the mixture into the pan.
cook over medium heat a few minutes and then helping you or the cover or turn the omelette with a spatula and cook for another two minutes, transfer to a cutting board and wrap it around itself still hot, cut into strips.
Also joined the omelette to the rest of the ingredients and serve on plates.
