Serve 4
Ingredients.
500 grams of fresh tagliatelle
100 grams of crab meat
1 clove of garlic
200 ml cream
1/2 cup white wine
2 tomatoes
oil
salt
Method
In a large nonstick skillet, sauté a clove of garlic. Add the crab meat.
Deglaze with the white wine, salt, pepper and diced tomatoes.
Now add the cream, stir and turn off the heat.
Cook the noodles in salted water, drain when al dente and toss them in the pan with the sauce with crab meat.
Serve the noodles with crab meat with a dash of pepper, Done.
