How powerful are the co2 powered Pistols, compared with the spring/ pneumatic?

I think they vary but legally no more than 6ft/lb.

I worked out that that Beeman spring was around 3ft.lb. 420fps. Just wondering if the gas ones are similar. (It's hard work loading the springs, and you can get semi auto co2's)
