4.8E , im struggling

i've had my dm7020 for a while now and only play around when needed ( if it aint broke ............... ) .recently , i decided to try and pick up 4.8E but i just cant tune to it.
i normal do it this way , be it right or the wrong way :-
tune to a good nearest sat say 13E
go to motor set up
select 4.8e
move the dish slowly west till i pick it up
scan
.....
thing is i normally try to put it on a known working transponder on 4.8E beforehand but i dont know any.
can anyone put me right here please .
