2110c nightmare please help

got a 2110c nightmare paired card with box
problem is cant get into engineers menu
did the ld06 trick to reset pin and stb keeps updating and rebooting
any ideas ?

yes m8 tried it with and without feed

im pretty sure you know what u are doing but just to double check, are u using the buttons on the front of the box and not the ones on the remote? and are you certain the buttons are not damaged? maybe try using them on the menus.

btw, is ur talkback cut?

im assuming its a new box and not one u have been using urself yet

but still cant get into engineers mode to change frequency symbol rate ect

yikes!! u should never connect to stream without talkback cut first.

it could be that its a duff box.

ok so ur holding the up and down buttons on the front of the box and then plugging in the power at the mains and holding the buttons until u see ld14 or whatever and then releasing and waiting for about a minute to let the engineer menu load up right?

what i think u should do first is remove talkback, plug in the feed and turn the box on and just leave it for a while to see what it does and then take it from there
