2110 PSU help required

My mates 2110 looks like it has the "usaul" psu problem, I told him that I could try and change the caps for him, but when I opened it up I seen a psu I have never seen before . . . . .

Does anyone know what goes on these boards.... all the caps look ok...

Hi what's your problem with this 2110 is it stuck on standby?

If it is stuck on standby have a look at the back next to where you insert power cable and read the label if its made in China and is stuck on standby i don't think there is a fix for it mate!

The PSU picture looks like the china model! I have one just like this can't find a soultion.
