Looking for some advice. My laptop won't switch on with charger cable plugged in, even removing the battery and trying again I can't any power. LED light is lit on charger but as soon as I put it into the laptop the light goes off and stays off even after removing it. Any help would be great

when I go into manage CCcam it shows the status as login, anyone no what this means? Tried rebooting multiple times also reboot my router. Tried entering all the server details and reconnecting but it still shows login in the CCcam menu. Any ideas? Is it to do with the server im connected to?
