Skybox F5s skybox f5s red light

purchased a new box on ebay from a seller and when i've switched it on I updated the channels and added a new line but it has a solid red light on it even though its brand new ? Every channel is still scrambled and when I switch it back onto my current box everything is fine without any red lights showing.

Any ideas ?
