XNCS BD0 key help please?

Evening All,

I been trying to get into a couple of rom 11 cards but they keep on asking for a BD0 login.

I dumped there eeproms in XNCS and loaded ghost on them, went to read the C040 line which is meant to be the BD0 key and it worked on one card but the others I still cannot get into using the data from this line.

I followed the instructions on how to use XNCS, with regards to the Under Dev button which is meant to change the 0000 in the COA2(NipperK) to 4E69 but when I try and use this function I get a Set_Ifs error advising that c=01 but is set to c=70.

Can anyone PLEASE help me with this???

im no expert on this but have you tried change BDkeys in the tools tab ?? of xncs
i take youve installed the ghost if you managed to dumpit

Thanks for the advise Bob, but no, it dosen like the Bd0 key which is populated in the Change BDkeys function located in the tools tab.

Any other idea's guys?

If not use cardtolls on both oproblem cards (also known as mrom 7)
Let us know what programmer you are using for delays advise if you are having probs

When you get a complete repair use Rom studio to read the card.
Back door 0 will be (you can copy and paste)

Load your new image and save it somewhere before writing.
Now you can write the image again using the above BD0 key.
Be carefull if using a blocker image. Ensure you know where and how to disable the blocker if you need to use card again.
