new hard drive and still crap recording

l have been havin problems recording , keeps stopping or breaking up so changed the harddrive and still the same , its ok on free channels , l have gbox cams installed is there another l can try , lm in birmingham telepest wot is everyone else using please

lm just reflashing with the jan image now . l did try evocamd 2.13 and it wouldn't clear on sky

just flashing again didnt work the first time ? and corrupting the bootloader didnt work so using cable so its taking its time ..

well the new jan img from drdude was the same recorded a blank screen for 2 hours ? tried looking for Evocamd 2.13 but only had 2.17 and that didnt unlock channels , do u think going to an older img might be better . if so wont most of u lot using at the minute ? the only cam that seams to work is gbox ? but Curious123 who lives close to me uses evocamd 2.13 with out a problem .

l have drdudes web interface open but cant get to see any setting like the dec img ?

All I think of is try my image and add your channles... Mines latest pli with a few mods and evocamd 2.13

Its just the latest pli lolite with working (for me) evocamd 2.13 I just did it myself

Mrdudes imgs are good and I even use his skin and flex menu BUT>>>> I can not get one of his images to clear channels never have that's why I just use the pli and add stuff I want/need

well so good so far m8 , just check the last hour of recording and its fine , allready better than before . just have to work out how to stream from the webpage now lol

Install the vlc client on your pc and than go to your web browser and type in the ip address of your Dm600. It will than go to the web interface of your DM600 image. Select a channel and than press web x tv button. The vlc client will pop up and prompt you to start activex say yes to that prompt. Hopefully after this you should be ab le to watch tv on your pc.

I just use mrdudes flex menu it just dumps an image on my hard drive im sure its in downloads somewhere

@bainsy Are you using the revised flexmenu backup which included an option to backup satellite files or are using the mrdudes original backup?
