Yep, nozzer mentioned that you can use tierinfolite to get the tier info from a locked subbed card without marking it. Tried it on a subbed A86 and it does the job.

to all the standard tier withmin channel of 00 01 amnd max channel 7F FF plus the rights iddentifier this is what the EMM'S look for they them kill the card
what u need as nozzer said is to use tierlite to get the tiers off a subbed card this dosnt unlock or mess about with a subbed card
only use this
now if u r lucky that a friend has a full package
then putting them tiers on ur image will give u the same channels

know someone in cable that has picked up a box but it was disconnected yesterday, if i read the cad will the tiers be ok if the box has been disconnected, and not to ask a silly question but am I looking for a subbed box with all channels on to copy the tiers to another image?
 
Just been on phone he has a subbed box with allchannels and his brother has a basic package with setanta season ticket, can i read the tiers of one card and the setanta tier of another and add them to 1 image? If Im even close to doing the right thing in the first place? lol

Can the rights indentifier be set to anything random?

I have a card now up and running rom 11 boc some channels are missing though is it possible to collate a list of tier info for channels. Just wondering if the cc's can change these around at heir leisure or would it cause them too many complications.

well done by the way foe everyone testing in the the last 36 hours or so we have all lost several cards in the process i am sure but hopefully it will be a worthwile loss.

i have tried TierInfoLite as adviced it reads for a bit and gives me some tier info then i get error saying "list index out of bounds (0)" anyone help with this thanks
 
hi ive been readin threads about teirs for images but im a bit confused , so be patient with me will u ,trying like every1 else to get image workin, when i go to teir list in nagra ,how do i load teirs from 1 image to another image and also i keep gettin list index out of bounds (0)" from teir info any help appreciated pleeze

Mostly, you can ignore the errors. As long as you get a tier list you have what you need
 
dont know if this helps but ive been messing arround with my zapped opos card and its been running ok since 5 oclock i found an unmodded rom 10 image and copied the tiers over to the opos ( 9 tiers ) and alls well so far .didnt want to feck my last 2 rom 11 cards up so using the opos to experiment with

8 tiers sounds like it could be right. You need to put them on a card and see if you get all channels !

Might be best if you tried them on an OPOS/Titanium type card just to make sure it doesn't break yet another Rom card.
 
@ Nozzer
This may be overkill but I am running an image on a tit 1 or rather several at the moment with 23 tiers, 8 bugcatchers, and the revision update mod done and put the rev at " test " although the original image is an A86. 2 hrs now
I also have 1 tit running with a single tier and as im typing its just gone down so would it be safe to say that i may be on the right track but i suppose the question is 23 tiers is that going overkill? Or is that going to be 1 hell of a private image..LOLOL
All channels ok and changing of channels on the 23 tier card is way faster than the single tier card/box....
