As others have said - I just rang up and said I was leaving because of the price increase ; straight away the operator offered me a discount of £7.00. Well my contract runs out soon was paying £40 for phone line and broadband 100mb with discount , proper bill would be £51 just phoned them up on 150 number and going to get it now for £35 and upgraded my router straight away to 250mb , will be able to download my backup pc games faster now

They did the same trick to us last time so my first wife phoned and cancelled and the retention team called my wife a couple of days later and asked why was she cancelling.Wow checked my email from virgin will be ringing the Fookers tomorrow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
