Ur 2.1.0 16/3/10

Come on UR Team this has to be a challenge :)

Your image is brill but I have 3 issues that I would love you to solve.

1. updating web-x-tv so I can use the latest VLC
2. The vlc link uses the external ip, I need it to respond to the actual box IP
3. I REALLLLY want to be able to watch on my iphone :)

TIA :)

pretty sure this is the same on all Enigma images using the default "streamts" not just UR, possibly a problem with an update to vlc and how handles the weird links it uses.

you could try the zapstream plugin from "PLi" i rippped, but sometimes it randomly stops working on cccam encrypted stuff.

doesn't for me are you sure your not connecting to the webui using the external i.p ?

3. I REALLLLY want to be able to watch on my iphone :)
surley that's an iphone issue nothig to do with image, box hasn't got enough to power to reencode the video it just passes it over network. you could send it to a pc then to an iphone probably, not looked into it myself.

Cheers, I'll give this a go tomorrow

Nope, i browse on my internal ip 10.10.10.x but the ip shown next to the sig strength info is the external address of my router and the vlc link goes to this

i know what you mean but i can browse the web interface with the iphone, if either of the above are fixed then i should be able to view stream :)

is your local LAN using "10.10.10.x" if so i'd guess it's that that's causing problems, on the first UR images and i think the retail TM one, it didn't like using "192.168.0.x" as range so i changed to "192.168.1.x".

I have far too many devices on my LAN to go changing that range now :(

I know, it is sad but true. big mixture of dhcp, static /reserved IP's.

No intention of re-ip'ing that lot :)

Totally understand, but still a top quote.

take it easy csb

new image very good ,wotking well with omnia card etc. only thing i would like too see in next image would be the tv mode and set up next to each other :) good work keep it up.

How do you do that mate, I have tried with my blackberry without success. I can open up CCcam info no bother but it doesn't wanna play with the Webui.

Re: Ur 2.1.0 16/3/10 TM500, CIFS is missing, 16:9 BUG still there (TM500-TMXXX ?)

Hi Ur Team, this image is great !
But I remembered you guys telling me that you would incorporate CIFS protocol.
It is still missing on this image for the TM500.

Before You guys with a TM600 go screaming that this is not true.
It seems that for the TM500 there were some limitations built in.

- There is only NFS built in for the tm500 which is of no use to me
- For the TM500, no CIFS, no SAMBA... protocol in Mounts Menu
- YES you can download SAMBA pluging for the TM500 but it is only the SERVER side... This means you can access your TM500 by the network with a PC/Laptop using SAMBA protocol(winplay), BUT not the other way round ...

The 16:9 Bug is still there. I have tested English channels (28.2E Uk),
it seems that 16:9 are working 90% of the Time OK. But On the flemisch channels (Astra 19.2E Tv Vl), most of the picture gets lost on the borders.

I hope you really solve this bug as this is not interesting for future customers who wants to try the Technomate Linux Receivers.

For me, the TM500 is a nice playtoy but a bit 'Light'. Compared towards the DM500 , the DM500 is far better, But hey, w'll keep an eye on the developing Images to come. I must agree , Very good buy / Very Cheap price / Stable Hardware to play with :)

Ur Team, keep up the good hard work, Thanx in advance !

I have installed this image to my TM600. When I am recording to an external hdd at the back USB slot, the front LED panel no longer indicates a recording is going on. Previous images displayed a flashing "Rec" sign, alternating with channel number. For short clip recordings it should not be a problem, but for longer periods, it would be nice to see an indication that the receiver was still recording...

there's an option for something like "Flash PVR" in the settings if i remember right,i disabled it as i kept noticing it flashing.

Tone Def is correct, it's in menu>setup>expert setup>enable pvr flashing light
