I don't personally use Commando Images (I prefer to customise Satellite images for my Cable box), but I always like to load them up and see what you guys have added.

I'm sure this will be a top quality release like the rest.

Hi all,

Scanning and picture seems to be fine.

I get the full ( 7 days ) EPG on the first 90 channels as stated but in my area ( Telewest ) I don't seem to get any EPG at all ( not even now and next ) for most of the rest.

I wasn't getting the full EPG on ITV/FIVE at first but I edited the telewest EPG file so that the service IDs matched those in my services.xml file.

Also does anyone know if the is a full English translation of the latest yWeb anywhere around?

Overall though this seems to be running well without any major problems.

I installed it yesterday, took me about 20mins (i'm still a novice with these things).

I've gone from C8.2, 10c, 10d and now finally 11.

Without blowing too much smoke up your back end's, ITS GREAT.

So far i've found it quicker, more user friendly, easier to set up, very stable and i would go as far to say "hassle free".

Well done to all who have put in hours over the years to come up with this and i can fully understand why you called it "THE END".

I suggest you read all the pdf file that came with the image, page three tells you all about how to set up the epg.

Hint switch to pvr_epg channel for five to ten minutes.

I've been trying this image for hours but cant get it to work
FTP'd the 5 files to var/k**s and evo to bin/e*u and changed to 755,
copied my services and boquettes and restarted the box and also the cam.
Left it for over half an hour but still only fta.
What am i missing?

Try var/bin/emu instead.

Have done this, leaving on the pvr_epg channel, but still not loading, which was why I asked if there was anything else I could do.

yeah, it has to be /var/bin/emu

THEN press blue button and go to cam selection and select it/restart it.
