whilst you cannot be confident that a released criminal will not re-offend, you can be confident that we humans make mistakes.
your statement is flawed - I would not have any part to play in releasing this hypothetical criminal, neither would you and (I assume) no one you know would have any part to play in thay process.
However, if there was a referendum on the death penalty and you voted yes - you would ultimately be responsible for innocent people being wrongly executed.

because you can`t,its know more ridiculous than what you posted,as the innocent person sentenced to death was not found wrongly accused by me,he could have been found guilty by a jury of 12 people who were against the death penalty.

you have spent a lot of time here insinuating that convicted criminals like murderers and rapists should be executed.
You may not know this, but juries dont actually pass sentences thank god, thats the job of the judge etc.
The hury just finds them guilty or not guilty.

yes i think im well aware of that as you can see in post#168 i mentioned 12 jurers finding an innocent man guilty nothing said about the jury passing sentence,dont try and post something which i have not said please.
