Make a transcript of all the threatening texts you have been sent. Send her a copy with a note that another copy has been lodged with a solicitor.

sorry to hear about your troubles she sounds nuts and this is why us gals get such a bad rep, sooooo bloody illogical. Tell her to stop looking backwards and live now But have to say guys can be as bad. I am moving to france my ex has threatened to have my son moved into care pending a courtcase to decide what is best for him. My ex still walks round my house with her dogs even though her house is miles away, and if there is as much of a snifter that a motorbike is near my mums house she is round like a shot.

i've got a note of all the texts ,
i could understand some of the anger if i was a bastard , but i wqsn't
she was still texting this morning at 3 , givin it goodnight all sweetness and light ,
that worries me more actually ,

LOL some funny advice given mate. I wouldn't worry too much about the abuse that is being thrown at you by your ex. It's just their way LOL. I don't think the old bill will be too concerned with the messages that she has been sending you either, personally I think they have better things to do.

You've split with the missus mate, Jack Bauer isn't saving the world so no need to save any transcripts or bug her phone. Let her cool down for a few days and things will seem different in a short while.

I wonder why the smallest thing would result in a court case if the man was txting but its a women so now she can do whatever she likes. Sort of like when there used to be girls footie at my old school. The boys couldn't join in, but girls were encouraged to join a game of footie, regardless of which gender is playing it grrrr

i left the house 4 month ago m8 , have never gave her any encouragement to think i'm goin back ,

its the simple fact because she's heard i ws with someone else , she now goes bollistic ,

there's no need for what she's doing , just been a nasty bitch ,,

havent replied with any abuse , think thats annoying her all the more ,

latest update on my new lease of life is that the stunner i met last january and myself are expecting our first child in june ,we went for the 14 week scan last week and everythings as it should be

never been happier , lifes good ,

also got a new job with a major pay increase , things could not be better ,

(thats not right actually , still living in rented accomodation but that'll fix itself soon enough)

if i could give one peace of advice after all the shit i took from the ex , its that if your not happy , then do something about it , because i sat in a relationship that was long dead and only when i eventually got the balls to do something about it and move on did things get better ,

i'm now happier in life , in work , totally different outlook on life , and my first child on the way , :banana::banana:

oh aye , the abuse eventually fizzled out after a month or two ,
