Just an update for these sellers. I had a faulty tuner and i sent it back for a replacement. I have been told i have to get it repaired and it can take upto 3 months. I sent it to them on the 4th December and still waiting. Been told now its going to after the new year which runs till the 17th of Feb. By the time i get it back i would have lost a quarter of the warranty. I don't think ill use them again tbh

Well after more than 3 months i received the tuner back and it had no signs of repair. after the test the issue is still the same. i got my mate who is a sly engineer out and he tested the lnb and signals and everything is fine??? after emailing the supplier, there is no reply now....mmmm never again!
