I personally would advise against eating a curry from friday night, unless ur looking to make another curry in the loo TOnight!

Itsa known fact that Curry tastes better the day after, as the enzymes in the sauce break down the meat and make it more tender.
I did Nutrition years ago .
The rice is the only dodgy bit, but one or 2 days will be fine.
Rice poisioning can KILL, be warned,lol
if you make any time of meat stew, then leave it in the fridge overnight as the flavour will improve!
