Thanks. Been searching ages for that email and eventually found it now. I may give it another go over the weekend.

I did a fresh install and the product key is no longer valid as this offer was for an upgrade only. If anyone else has same problem, you can contact microsoft and they can reset it for you. They did mine and its up and running again now.
