Windows 10 Build 10120 Now Available for Microsoft Employees, to Launch Soon

Build 10120 shows up in Windows Update for employees

Microsoft continues work on Windows 10 preview, and the company is giving the final touches to a new version that should get the go-ahead in the coming days.

While Microsoft has always refused to provide specific release dates for technical previews, pretty much because bugs could make it miss a specific deadline, it now seems that build 10120 is ready for prime time and could be shipped to insiders in the coming days.

Russian leaker WZor has revealed today that Windows 10 build 10120 is available internally at Microsoft, which is usually the main step before rolling out a new version of the preview for users.

I will wait full version... I don't have good memories using Windows Beta Version.
The beta version of Windows 8 crashed and failed to format partition.

Windows 10 Already Has Nearly 4 Million Users

“Customers will continue to help us create Windows 10 even after this summer’s initial release, thanks to the 3.9 million and growing Windows Insiders who are helping us build and test Windows 10. We are grateful for this invaluable feedback that is helping us offer the best Windows ever – for businesses and consumers – across all devices,” Microsoft said.

No new build for now

many are wondering when Microsoft is planning to ship a new build for Windows 10 preview, but for the moment, Redmond is all about the mobile version it rolled out a few hours ago.

The company is expected to provide insiders with an updated build of Windows 10 later this month or in early June, but details are now pretty scarce.

Windows 10 is projected to reach RTM in June or July, while the launch is likely to take place in either late July or early August, so only a few more preview builds are expected to ship until RTM.

Microsoft promised earlier this year to release Windows 10 builds at a faster pace, but until now, the company is yet to do that, most likely because it comes across bugs that would significantly affect performance on PCs and laptops. The company usually ships new builds when they're stable and less prone to critical bugs.

When do you think the RC will be out?
I'm running 8.1 on all my machines less my air 2..
Guess I will give 10 a go when final is out.

No one knows for sure but most people are predicting RTM in June

went to a MS event today and was told July

End of June beginning of July is the prediction everyone is making, but no one can know for sure until we get the next beta release so we can see how stable it is.

Certainly if the next beta release is as good as they say it is, then we don’t have long to go.

According to Wzor (tws) fbl_impressive pro 10125 is coming soon

Windows 10 build 10125 build is expected to be released to everyone either later this week or early next one, with Microsoft still trying to fix a few bugs that its employees discovered during internal testing.

Windows 10 RTM is believed to be planned for June or July, but if this is indeed the last build of the preview and Microsoft then focuses on the stable version of the operating system, June seems to be a more likely date.

Of course, the company isn't yet ready to share any dates for Windows 10, but it's believed that the official debut of the new product is planned for late July or early August.

Microsoft Could Release Windows 10 Build 10122 Today

Windows 10 build 10122 will be released to insiders through Windows Update, but keep in mind that only those enrolled in the fast ring will get it. If bugs are fixed fast enough, slow ring users could get it too, but it all depends on how many critical issues are found in the operating system.

Will these builds die or will they be able to be activated later on..i have a key with this build from W.I.P.

If you have a key for win 7, 8, or 8.1 you will have no problems

I wish I could say the same for me

So can I install 10 as an upgrade to 8.1 ?..
I have activated 8.1 on laptop..it won't be long before if not already a win 10 activators I saw on today but don't know if it's for real.
Getting hold of a key is quite simple

You can either install the beta version of win 10 now or wait until its released. It doesn’t make any difference because when RTM is released, everyone will be asked for their key and if the key is not legit then you’ve had it

Window is asking for a reboot now speak when its installed
