yeah there were loads of great sitcoms, i loved the Good Life, we would need a different poll for them lol

ok added Steptoe and Rab C Nesbitt, thats ten options now, all thats allowed!

Re: What's the Best Comedy Series You've Ever Seen?

Can you add Spaced to the list please?

Re: What's the Best Comedy Series You've Ever Seen?

i'd have to take something out, so think i will remove Friends and put that on a different poll for sitcoms lol

Re: What's the Best Comedy Series You've Ever Seen?

what about red dwarf...

i think they are making a new series of this

Re: What's the Best Comedy Series You've Ever Seen?

Title should be best British comedy series.

Only fools and horses for me.

Red Dwarf & Blackadder, 2 of the best. :)

Re: What's the Best Comedy Series You've Ever Seen?

So many quality UK comedies, hard to chose just one.

I opted for Blackadder, but I'd like to have seen Black Books, the IT Crowd, Fawlty Towers, Some Mothers do 'ave 'em and The Conservative Party Political Broadcasts.

i forgot about Fawlty Towers, and Some Mother's Do Have Em, and It Ain't Half Hot Mum, maybe we need to subdivide it into vintage comedy and recent comedy .........

PMSL, this is getting complicated.

Jaffa used to talk about a show set in Northern Ireland about a family, one side Catholic and the other Protestant, that sounded funny as hell.

Oh that reminds me BBC Scotlands 'Still Game' is great aswell, and 'Gavin and Stacy' is excellent too.

Blackadder for me. I enjoyed pretty much all the rest but Blackadder always had me in stiches. Open all hours was another favorite of mine.
