Whats causing db800 to freeze just on sky channels

Hi guys my db800hd freezers only on the sky channels its fine on the free to view ones I'm using the latest Gemini image anybody no why this is has its very frustrating ...do I need to get a new cs server or is the fault with the box.. Any help appricated. Thanx

If it's fine on the free ones then it's more then likely a server problem,

But to be sure do a ping test and make sure you don't have packet loss or bad jitter

Could be you cs server or it could be your internet. One possible way to eliminate your internet it to take your box to a friends house who has a diff provider to you and obviously has a dish to see if you still get the same freezing.

i had this too, turned out to be my server was crap! changed to a new server, hey presto sorted.
