What is the best IPTV box and how to get french channels from UK?

I want to get a 2nd TV in the Kitchen and would like to go the IPTV way to get french channels from can***** or else from the UK.
How can I make this happen?
What box?
Where to find providers?

If there are any live streaming websites just for french nationals I would image www.overplay.net would work. Worth asking them anyway?

So can I buy any iptv box, stream french tv live from websites using a VPN then?
I know I can do it with my PC.
If yes what box do you suggest.

This is the French version of Iplayer, along with live tv, you will need a vpn or a browser extension like Hola;francetv pluzz : programmes de France Télévisions en direct ou en replay ! , beware French TV is pants, I have to pay for it!:grayno:
