Mobile Phones weird or what?

Hi guys..here's the situ, my sons got a lebara SIM, my wife has got a Tesco mobile SIM, both have same number, when my sons friend rings him or whatsapp him it rings my wife's phone and she also gets the whatsapp message, yet nothing goes to my son's phone. My wife can ring and whatsapp my son as normal..any idea's why?

Son was thinking of changing his SIM, so how come 2 Sims have the same number?

its very strange johnny but i would says thats your prob especially with whatsapp.
