According to iTunes it's only available for the iPad going by that link

Personally I use blackbox which is brilliant and does the same thing but the pro version is a fiver.

Yes. Search for VU+ Player in the Google store. The GUI is different from the above but it works fine on my S4.

Iv already got https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=vuplus on my Samsung but don't like the bright coloured GUI this is HD version guess they will probably update it one day
