Wasmon 10M but running slow found out the silver L200 modem could not handle 10M so phoned up after trying to reboot modem for a few days and was told that I was correct and that they would send me a new modem asap.
Arrived in 2 days set up and phoned to activate where call centre person offered me a reduction of £5 on my Phone/Broadband bill sent me a free cable tv box and fittings and upped my speed to 20M. Well done VM customer service at last that counts!!!!!:Clap:
