Had this email this morning. Don't know whether this is a standard email or what as I don't want a new 12 month contract and there is no need for them to send an engineer out as I already have the correct box so it can all be done from there end.

Your Installation
We're sending one of our technicians round on <10/06/11 between <8AM-1PM> to install your Virgin Media services. It should only take about two hours to get all the equipment up and running.
