Viark Sat looping on Viark Logo after update

Lost Channels,
So tried to update firmware from download, said 100% then on reboot just keeps looping on Viark Logo
(with message flash "PT has expired) more message but goes so quikly difficult to read all of it

Seems PT Expired might be causing loss of channels
But how do I get it to Bootup and go forward from there

1 Copy the official firmware to a USB Pen Drive without anything inside (formatted to FAT:32).

2 With the USB placed in the front port, receiver turned off from the power (without connecting the power supply), keep power button pressed and turn power on at plug

3 We wait for an informative progress bar to appear and we release.

4 When the update is finished, the home screen appears again.

Well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally got it to boot, tried flashing with (PT_VIARK_SAT_V2.20)
Also Viark Sat6.00rar neither seemed to work
So renamed the Viark Sat 6.00 to flash.bin
Somehow it booted up with channels saved?

But cannot connect PT - tried rebooting
Do I need to buy another licence?

Do I need SP1 or SP2 to get back to normal???????????

If it flashed with 6.00 you now have to flash with PT firmware.

So flash with 2.20

Or could it be that licence has expired?

If you on version 2.20 that is the latest so stick with it.

Go into the server section and check the expiry date.

But from what I remember don't think there was a date in there

There is always a date in there.

Your PM to me says you last purchased a sub in May last year. Those are 12 month so its expired.

Recovered with V6.00
Tried flashing with V2.20 both ways from USB in system and flashing renaming UPDATE.bin
Either way put it back to Boot looping to logo then booting again
At this moment system is useable with V6.00
Not sure what or how to try next move
