6.2.1 where an order is placed for a prescription only medicine you will be directed to download an online prescription form and present this to your veterinary surgeon for signature. Thereafter, you will require returning the principal signed prescription form to the Supplier's business address within 21 days from the day after you sent your order to the Supplier. On receipt of the principal signed prescription form the Supplier will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Goods to you within 7 days, but in any event (subject to the provisions of clause 6.2.3 below) within 30 days from the day after you sent your order to the Supplier
