updating hexes with monthly keys?

thought of summat else i dont know.
how to add the monthly keys to a hex to make it work.
i take it its the opkeys that go in.
any hints where?
i know im always asking questions on all forums but i alwys have that urge to know a little more.

the hex codes are on all of are sites

they are in the format ff ff ff ff ff ff ff ff not all ff's but with hex numbers
