Update VU solo2

I have repaired solo2 vu + pump in china. I use web images VU-HD.
To upgrade to 2.3.0 Do I have to upgrade before with Tools Update 09/06/14?

Hello again: To update the vu + solo2 upgrade 9.5.14, the 808 bin file, which I have to put on the USB? hacho is I'm a mess.
In May, FPGA and had to put this actuaización UPDATE and not coming. Please help. Thank you
