Unable to connect via max232 "Console Disabled@

Hi,

Have ambit 255 when I switch on with max323 connected using hyperterminal, I am unable to get the option to press P ,1,2,3....
terminal Screen just scroll's then comes up with "Disable console output"...

below is the output I get at the end off the modem boot sequance..

Disable console output


Need to get myself a working modem again as No tinternet

ur modem been updated u wont get the option to press p... need to lift the chip and flash it or get another modem

Sadly just as gentlex has posted , its desolder chip time .

There are loads of people in the same boat as you my friend ,

Has anyone got a copy of the new updated bootloader that they could post or PM me please
