Un delete in Vista

Does anyone know how I can recover a folder that I have deleted.

I was just tidying up and thought I had a duplicate 60gig folder so I deleted it, Vista said it was to big for the bin so I said delete anyway. Unfortunately it went but it was not a duplicate.

So can I recover it.? any ideas

but if your folder contained large files you won't get them back.
