In RTV Updater you can right click on channel/stream to record to your PC...
this way you can record and cast the stream at the same time to TV
Install ES Explorer on Fire TV stick
Create a shared folder on pc
In RTV right click on stream to record (save file in shared folder)
In EX Explorer navigate to Network, Lan, pc ip address, shared folder
Select file saved above to play (via Kodi/VLC Player)
