Transponder Problem for sky 28 east :(

hi people,

On tm 500super , I have a frequency problem it scans for example : 10xxxx and 11xxxx but it doesn't scan 12xxxx but on sky uk it scans every channel and everythink work on sky and I downloaded the latest satellite.xml for my tm500s so what is the problem ???.

Is it a lnb problem ?
is it a receiver problem ?

check you l.o.s. settings for your lnb. it should be lo.9.75/10.60 and universal also your saying that on 28.2e it recieves the full band 10.700-12.750 but on other sats it wont scan above 12ghz? it could be local interferance like cordless telephone. try another stb on your dish to rule out your dish alignment/cable/lnb and if it works you will know its the tm500. regards mdt
