How do you get fit watching the tour de france You got an exercise bike in front of tv m8.

last time I had a go on a bike it was the village bike in a wee village down in the borders.lol

Is it the same Armstrong that walked on the moon 1 small peddle for man 1 giant pain in the rear for mankind.
