totally killed box help

hi
put blue firmware on eurovox max blue
have now realised its a clone
when i looked it had the green capacitators so i thought ok its not a clone put the firmware on
downloaded fine, scanned for channels, got it all set up, worked fine
then this morning Oh no 796c on the box screen
carnt get into menu or anything
is there any way out of this or is it completely dead?

did you get your tv to find it on a uhf chnl.?
plus noticed poster should of said do factory reset

connected up to an old tv and managed to get it sorted
thanks for pointing me in the right direction
just have to wait patiently for someone to put a clone fix up
