tm800hd only 2 sats

Hi newbie here my new box will only go to 2 sats 28.2 and 1.0 when i try to send it to 16e it goes back to 1.0w

send your motor to zero then switch off your box for a couple of mins to reset the motor then try again... you could also update your satellites.xml file or add a pre-made list like @vhannibals ect,regards mdt

Hello britz, I have similar problem. on Tm800

I go to 13 deg and the motor runs back to 28.2 location.
What I do know, by using a different box on the same motorised dish, is that the problem is the motor.
mine is a technomate motorised dish and has a hardware reset sequence of :-
power off the feed.
hold east and west buttons together and power on (led indication when success)

didnt work on mine as the buttons plastic covers are hardened

so I changed usals from on to OFF then use the positioner to set each satellite manually.

do the farthest east/west first then count in/out

not easy but you will get somewhere

Thank for that sorted it all other sats were disabled in a sub menu enabled the 1s i wanted and bingo!!!! Now just a ber issue will fine tune them and fingers x ill get there
