TM500 -Can`t get ipi address for miniweb

I`m a newbie and my knowledge of my receiver doesn`t stretch further than being able to add a new cline through miniweb page.Anyway,because of my limited knowledge,I done a factory reset of my box as it was playing up and need to get the miniweb page open to add a cline again but when I power up the box and hold the standby button,the only number that appears is "0".Never had a problem before,getting the ip addy.
Any help appreciated.
