Receiver update still cant find the way to change Biss Keys ,
with update Vix

you have to edit the Softcam.key well that is the best way.

Or install biscotto

That said ive no idea if it will install on that old version of VIX i forget what OE version it is and it needs to be OE2.0 to install.

No i did install Open ATV 7.0 tm nano 3t but when finish all ok and receiver not starting ! going on -off all time without starting flashing only ...
meaby done something wrong ! did install 3 times ....

There should be a bootloader update. You will find it on the OpenATV download site.

Flash this as you would an image it takes seconds then flash the openATV image

Yes flash bootloader i uploaded first flash it like an image reboot box after flashing then flash openatv image.
