TM 800 HD confused.

Hi guys I would like to know what can make a receiver mix up channels. My TM800HD will only scan and list channels from hotbird when i scan for 28.2 Astra I dont get the normal channels anymore i get channels from other satellites. Any help appreciated.

Have you confirmed your tuner is setup correctly and that the sateillites.xml file is correct?

Personally, I do not scan and transfer pre-made lists.

could have your dish moved in the high winds recently?

try sending your dish to zero in the menu the switch off for a couple of minutes at the back then try again. sounds like the motor tabkle is out and needs re-setting. regards mdt
