TM-600 : no IP

Hi Guys,

First of all I wish you a happy 2012 because I don't post for ages now :grayno:

Straight to the problem:


So lately I changed my ISP from DSL to CABLE internet.

With my DSL connection I never had connection problems on my box: i could connect through a router or straight from the modem with no problems.

Connection settings where as follows:


IP:192.168.1.X (X is variable)
DHCP option : on
Netmask : 255.255.255.0
Nameserver: 192.168.1.254
Gateway: 192.168.1.254
Port : 80
Configure netowrk: ON

now with CABLE internet (hence a new modem as well) I cannot get any connection (i connect straight to the cable modem and even to the router)

Can you please help me solve this problem ... should be simple but I cannot quite get it.

Try dhcp off. Make sure you can connect using dcc.

also try setting nameserver as 208.67.220.220
