TM 500 Super - missing channels?

Hi everyone, first post so please bear with me. I have lost 90% of SkyUk channels - Italy, Germany etc are fine. Have never downloaded or installed anything for the box previously and haven't a clue what to do. Is there a quick fix for this channel problem?

You need to rescan or install an updated channel list for 28 east.

Rescanning would be your best option for now.
