Lost Channels

Hi everyone, first post so bear with me. I'm using a technomate TM500 Super and have lost 90% of Sky Uk channels, German, Italian etc are fine. I have never had to reset or download for the box before so I'm completely clueless - is there an easy fix for channel problems? Thanks in advance.

Easy way is if you do a full scan as sky have changed the FEC to 5/6 that why your missing channels

Network scan should bring on changed FEC changes mate

Really frustrating, mate. Just went into satellite installation & TP edit again and done automatic multisat search still all coming up wrong data transmission!

goto manual satellite scan and tick the box next to network scan

Have tried that, mate. Now lost all channels and only one satellite is showing in the installation menu. Seems my cack-handed approach has well and truly wrecked things lol
