In the EM what is it you check to make sure the talkback is dis connected ?


Its a 4010 box

just boot box up as normal as if u was goin to watch tv , then press setting on remote , then go into technical stuff , then check what the dhcp status says

Could even just try going into on demand section. Won't be allowed if tb is cut correctly.

Hi Fubar,

Look in EM to see if the box has been assigned an IP addy, if it's got an IP the TB is intact.
