As the title says, got a Surface Pro but it is running really really slow, have tried changing OS systems but the problem persists, anyone got any ideas please?

If you've done a full nuke and pave on the hard drive when you switched OS it would make me wonder if the drive has issues. Non replaceable though. Could be a ram issue also but again non replaceable.
Changing the OS pretty much rules out a software issue. You could run tools to check the drive and the ram
