Still Cant Get an Image :( HELP

hi guys, been tearing my hair out. unable to flash the universal usb an hve gave up. have tried several images but everyone i try, my remote does not work?!

i am on old bootloader kernel 3.6.0 can someone tell me a stable image for this? my box is defo a clone it says made in korea in the back. ibox cloud 2+
