Starview HD Combo Question

Hi

Just need a clarification, can the sat side of combo be used with a cs server simutaneously as the cable side of it, and can it be used with a motorised setup as well as a normal sky dish.

Would the sat side still be able to be used with cs once the cable side of it ran out after a year so the box doesnt become redundant and have to be binned.

i could be wrong, but i thought the starview hd combo didnt work with the starview c/s server, i thought it was only sv 6 and 7? :err:

yes conbo connects to sv server ok but hd content disapeared months ago
sat cs works on combo to an extent you really need server with 2.1 ccam if 2.14 as most are you will get a lot of glitching but ok for motorised and there r patches etc
my view are as a freesat box after cable cs has run out dont buy as a cs sat box

Thanks for the link will check it out, reading around it seems that the HD content on the SV Combo is being transmitted fine in the last few days.

Seems as if they have sorted it out.

well maybe they have sorted it out but its took they nearly 3 months will ask if hd working and get back to you

yes your correct hd channels did come back few days ago
